Adults Program

The Adults Arts Program is held two days each week year-round and has an attendance of up to 30 participants per workshop.

Participants use our studio to create art with free materials, tools, instructors and guest artists. Because our philosophy is No Starving Artists, we offer meals and refreshments at each workshop.

At ArtHeart, adult participants find a supportive and safe place in which to belong and benefit from ample free art materials, studio time and instruction. This can translate into people’s lives in many positive forms.

When: Every Wednesday 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Thursday from noon to 5:00 p.m.

Childrens Program

The Children and Youths Arts Program runs three days a week as an after-school drop-in.

Our young participants engage in various arts projects led by our caring instructors and volunteers as well as inspiring cultural field trips throughout the city. A healthy snack is served. Participants learn about everything from printmaking, digital arts, photography, crafts, fine arts, sculpting and much more.

When: Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Family Program

The family program runs once a week and invites individuals to come with members of their family to participate in various artistic activities. The program is a means to develop art skills through a variety of themes targeting children of all ages and their adult companions to fuel conversation and nurture bonds. All of these elements create a palpably pro-family, personable, and friendly atmosphere.

When: Every Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
